I spilled foundation on my grey carpets and contacted Jay’s. Jay and his colleague were very responsive to my request and provided a reasonably priced quote and literally cleaned my carpet so well that they looked like the day they were fitted. Really professional service from Jay from the first message I sent all the way through to once I’d had my carpets cleaned with a few after care questions. After 9 months of having a new puppy our carpets were desperate for a good clean and Jay left them looking brand new again. Jay did a really great job on getting glue out of our carpets. We thought they were beyond repair and would have to relay it all but he went out of his way to purchase special solvent to tackle it and it now looks brand new.
